›Which bookkeeping software do you use?
We work in the software you already use, including QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, FreshBooks, Wave, Zoho Books, Sage, and NetSuite, plus payroll providers like Gusto, ADP, Paychex, and QuickBooks Payroll. If you don't have software yet, we'll recommend one and set it up.
›Should I move off QuickBooks Desktop?
Often, yes. Intuit stopped selling most QuickBooks Desktop editions to new U.S. customers in September 2024, and older Desktop versions lose bank feeds, payroll, and security updates when support ends. We can move your history to QuickBooks Online or Xero.
›Florida has no state income tax. Do I still have state payroll filings?
Yes. Most Florida employers must file and pay state reemployment tax quarterly, in addition to federal payroll filings.
